I spent Sunday at a stunning hotel in the middle of the Hampshire coutryside for the first Kerastase Business Forum.
I joined more than 50 top hairdressers and salon owners to see speakers including Newby Hands from Harpers Bazaar and Jack Mitchell from US department store Mitchells & Richards give inspirational talks on customer service, motivating staff and building your brand.
Jack Mitchell has been named as one of the most inspiring business leaders in the US, so I asked him, who inspires him. "Tony Blair," Jack said. "He was the most charismatic person I have ever met. The glint in his eyes and his smile could command respect from a room full of hard-nosed business people."
