Junior green leads afro stylists for special workshop

Award-winning Junior Green was joined by a host of top Afro stylists for the latest Fellowship for British Hairdressing Afro Hair Workshop. Junior, who hosted the event at his salon in Knightsbridge, was joined by Michelle Thompson from Francesco Group, Lisa Farrall from Wig London, Natalie Joseph from Hype and Wayne Shorter-Campbell from Errol Douglas. Delegates were given expert help and discusses their weaknesses, which included cutting hair in its natural form and techniques on shampooing, blow-drying and styling for different types of hair texture. Lisa Farrall said: It’s great to see so many hairdressers taking the time to learn skills in Afro hair! Hairdressers should be able to work with all hair types and textures and no one should be turned away from a salon due to their hair type.”
