Luke Hersheson created glassy high-shine hair inspired by mannequins for the Jonathan Saunders Autumn/Winter 2014 collection.
The show: Jonathan Saunders Autumn/Winter 2014
The hair team: Luke Hersheson for L'Oreal Professionnel
The look: Fingerwaves at the front and a sleek ponytail at the back
The inspiration: 1920s, mannequins
The key product: L'Oreal Professionnel Tecni Art Ahead Glue
Get the Look
1. Style hair into a side parting and saturate the top of the head with L'Oreal Professionnel Tecni Art Ahead Glue mixed with water to keep the hair malleable, rather than setting straight away.
2. Style hair into a fingerwave by hand. Rather than setting the whole section in lots of waves, create one long wave from the middle of the brow down.
3. Set in place and dry in.
4. Add some Mythic Oil mixed with more water for a high-shine, glossy finish.
5. Secure the remaining hair in a low ponytail fixed with black elastic. Smooth through with straighteners and mist with Infinium Hairspray.
