Join the habb bike ride in vietnam and cambodia
Next January, why not bid farewell to England's long, cold winter and head off to the warmer climes of Vietnam and Cambodia where you can take in the breathtaking scenery as you cycle the HABB bike ride?
Participants will cycle 450km through two of Asia's most exciting countries - starting in Vietnam at Ho Chi Min City (Saigon) and finishing at Angkor Wat (Siem Reap) in Cambodia - and experience ancient temples and meet local village life along the way.
Who can take part in the HABB bike ride?
Anyone over 18 can take part in this once in a lifetime experience and as most of the terrain is fairly flat you do not need to be an expert cyclist nor super fit to participate.
All you do have to do is pay the cost of your flight and accommodation at approximately £1,335 (this may be subject to change in accordance with the air fare cost); you will then need to raise a minimum of £600 for the hair and beauty industry charity, HABB.
How to sign up for the HABB bike ride
If you want to be a part of this year's bike ride, all you need to do is fill in and send back the application form to: Vietnam/Cambodia Cycling Adventure, address: 136 Warren Road, Banstead, Surrey, SM7 1LB with a £250 non-refundable registration fee, registration form and a signed medical form.
