Jet hairdressing academy launches training app for apprentices

Jet Hairdressing Academy in Basildon, Essex has launched a training app to boost the confidence and skills of trainees and apprentices.
Technical educator, Chris Willmott, originally created the app to support learners at the academy by reinforcing what was taught in class, but it is now available for anyone to download and is suited to anyone studying an NVQ in hairdressing at levels 1, 2 or 3.
As well as step-by-step head sheets and revision packs of theory knowledge, the app also contains a growing video library of step-by-step demonstrations.
The app is available to download for £2.99 from the iTunes store.
