Jamie stevens to appear in best in town series

Celeb stylist and salon owner Jamie Stevens will be back on our screens this September as an industry expert in upcoming factual entertainment series, Best In Town. The series pits three local businesses against each other in a bid to determine who is the best in their field. Each episode takes a different business – from bakers to beauticians – and allows the contestants to judge and score each other before they are each visited by a secret industry expert. Jamie will be appearing as a mystery shopper at three hair salons in Reading, putting their customer services to the ultimate test. He says: "It was really interesting to be on the other side of the chair to gain insight into the customer experience in the eyes of a consumer. Each contestant was marked on every aspect of their business, from the location and premises to the services and treatments offered to determine the overall winner." Best in Town launches on Monday 14 July at 8pm on UKTV's Watch Channel. Jamie will be appearing in the series finale on Monday 15 September - watch a trailer here!
