Isalon release update on ibookings and command centre

Throughout 2022, the use of technology has played a huge part in our day to day lives, providing us with a whole variety of ways in which we can make our lives easier. To help ensure salon owners and their clients have a salon experience that is continually evolving, iSalon regularly update their systems and processes and have recently updated both iBookings and Command Centre.

The latest version of iSalon reduces the number of clicks required for a client to make a booking online using the iSalon platform, iBookings. From the number of clicks required to take you through the booking process to the payment page, there is significantly less clicks for the clients, and the process is much slicker, with feedback from clients highlighting how much easier the salon booking process is.

To make life as a busy salon owner a little easier, iSalon have added more flexibility into their cloud-based software platform – Command Centre. You can now customise your appointment times to suit your client’s needs. For example, a client with longer, thicker hair will require slightly more time for a colour appointment or a cut and blow-dry. You can now tailor this to suit the appointment needs and add on time in fifteen-minute increments. The system will remember this for future appointments and always automatically add this time on when a booking is made online.

iSalon General Manager, Mike Waldon commented: “At iSalon, we are passionate about continually elevating the experience for our users. With the ongoing rise in demand for improved online processes, it was important to us to make the client booking process with iBookings quick and effective for clients to use. Focusing on customising Command Centre by giving salon owners the ability to customise their clients appointment times based on their hair type, provides the freedom to personalise.”
