Hush presents alan austin smith for an evening of business inspiration

Alan Austin Smith, founder of the The Fantastic Hairdresser, inspired salon owners and their teams to use their creativity as a powerful business tool at the second HUSH event.

Held at the Wella Professionals World Studio in London, the event was the latest in a series of unique soirees designed to motivate and excite hairdressers with a mix of business and creativity.

Alan shared his business secrets, including his philosophy that 50% of what makes someone fantastic has nothing to do with their job.
