How has Elumenation helped you grow your salon business?
Elumenation has given our stylists free range to customise and ‘elumenate’ all of their colour work like never before. We’ve found that creating show-stopping colour work using Elumenation gets our clients talking and wanting to know our salon secret.
How do you educate clients on the benefits of Elumenation?
YouTube videos and social media. We also let them see the benefits for themselves with their colour results. Luxury comes as standard at Nicola Smyth Hair, so we include Elumenation in all of our colour services. This means our stylists can be as creative as they wish. Our colour work has no limits, which means all of our stylists can create bespoke hair colours for all of our clients.
Has Elumenation increased client frequency in the salon?
Elumenation has increased loyalty and the number of times a client visits the salon because they can’t get the bespoke Elumenation service anywhere else. It has really elevated our colour services and our business.
What’s your favourite colour product from the Goldwell portfolio?
It’s so hard to pick as we use so much of all of them. If I had to pick one it would be Pure Pigments (pictured below) as it is a game changer for colour work in our salon!
