Hob shine at the vitality show

Visitors to The Vitality Show, the largest health, beauty and well-being show in Europe, were given a touch of glamour by the expert team from hob salons, in association with luxury haircare brand Alterna. The award-winning hairdressing group had a custom-made salon with six workstations as well as a dedicated retail area, manned by the Alterna luxury haircare team, for the duration of the show.Throughout the weekend, they offered 15 minute consultations and first-class cutting and styling services to the stand’s visitors, which included Big Brother 8 twins Samantha and Amanda Marchant. The hob salons team were also invited to style the hair for the main catwalk show, which featured five-times a day at The Style Theatre, while hob creative team members Darren Bain and Zoe Norris took to the same stage to present hair demonstrations to huge crowds. Delighted at the success of their stand, hob Director Paul Simbler said, "We were thrilled to be involved in this high profile consumer event in association with Alterna luxury haircare. "The stand proved such a success, we had to turn away more people than we serviced. It was a great opportunity for our team and the Alterna brand to showcase the very best in professional haircare to the show’s visitors and we’ve already had many visitors booking into the salons for future appointments."
