Hob salons launch new vip cards and loyalty scheme

Loyal customers are pure platinum to the industry, so to reward and entice in equal measure HOB Salons have introduced a VIP scheme, designed to offer clients great value for money with additional services and discounts gifted to them.
If purchased, clients will receive a card which entitles them to specific discounts and gifted services such as treatments and blow-dries. The cards available as Silver VIP, Gold VIP, Platinum VIP and HOB Man VIP and the the discounts are;
- The Silver VIP card is the entry level for women to purchase at £250 and they receive a minimum of £85 worth of savings;
- The Gold VIP card costs £350 with a minimum of £120 worth of savings.
- The Platinum VIP card costs £500 with a minimum of £176 worth of savings.
- The HOB Man VIP card costs £200 with a minimum of £45 worth of savings.
"During these challenging times we wanted to offer our clients great value for money. We don’t want our clients to have to compromise on looking and feeling great and these cards are a way for our clients to invest in their hair and themselves," says Natasha Grossman, general manager at HOB Salons. "As a business, we are trying to increase client loyalty and client retention and these cards are an opportunity to expose our clients to new experiences and products. We are gifting additional services such as Wella and Olaplex that they may not have experienced before."
As a bonus, when the card is initially loaded with credit, clients will also get an additional 10% credit to spend on hair services as well as products. "The main objective of our VIP loyalty scheme is for our clients to feel like they are getting great value for money, whilst visiting the salon more frequently; win win!" says Natasha.
