Hob salons' darren bain on men's hair trends
I was chatting to HOB Salons artistic team member and HJ's 2009 London Hairdresser of the Year Darren Bain recently about what trends he predicts for men's hair in Autum/Winter 2011. Here's what he had to say:
"Men's hair is going to see a progression to more rugged, undone styles combining two prominent looks that incorporate the key trends of the cooler months.
As the winter months begin to draw in we are going to be seeing a lot of grown out crops that have been left behind from the summer. These styles will be worn loose and with texture incorporated throughout the hair.
For clients who are looking for a more creative look this season, the 50's style will be making a comeback with sharp lines complimented with a more debonair feel as seen on Ewan McGregor and Hugh Jackman."
