The Headmasters Salon Group is pleased to announce the appointment of four new directors to its board. Effective from 1 April 2024, Jo Wickenden, Laura Geary, Simon Barlow, and Sophie Hill will join the board of directors and take on the day-to-day responsibilities of running the 54-salon group.

The current directors, John Sanders, Trevor Sanders, Mike Taylor, Mark Foster and Tim Binnington, who have been instrumental in the success of the Headmasters Salon Group for the last 40 years, have decided to step down from their day-to-day director’s responsibilities but will remain as shareholders.

Laura, the Chief Operating Officer, who has been with Headmasters for 29 years, will continue to oversee the smooth functioning of all the salons under the Headmasters brand. Jo, currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer, will bring her extensive financial expertise to the board. Simon, the Chief Information Officer, will be responsible for implementing innovative technology solutions to enhance the customer experience and Sophie, the Chief Marketing Officer, will lead the marketing and communications strategy of the company.

The Headmasters Salon Group is confident that the new directors will bring fresh perspectives and ideas to the table, further propelling the company's growth and success in the years to come. With their combined experience and expertise, the company is well-positioned to continue providing exceptional services to its clients and maintaining its position as a leader in the industry.

The Headmasters Salon Group is excited about this new chapter and looks forward to the future with great optimism. The company would like to thank its loyal team and customers for their continued support and assure them that the new directors are committed to upholding the high standards of service and quality that the Headmasters brand is known for.
