Headmasters hold their annual apprentice day Headmasters Apprentice Day Over the last 34 years Headmasters has grown from a single salon in Wimbledon Village to a 57 strong international salon group with salons in the UK, Norway and Sweden. They also boast three training academies, two of which are dedicated to training their apprentices in purpose built City & Guilds approved academies. Every year Headmasters holds its annual Apprentice day took place at Thorpe Park with all 180 trainees involved, experiencing a day of inspiration and education. The day is designed to celebrate their apprentices and show appreciation and thanks for all their hard work throughout the year. The day kicked off with inspiring talks from motivational guest speakers who shared their experiences and advice regarding the industry, what it takes to succeed and where their careers could take them next.  Guest speakers included Franchisee owners Emily Balderson and Emine Ellahi from Headmasters Walton, Art Team Member Sian Quinn, The Customer Excellence Manager Palma Palmer, Headmasters Director Mark Foster and Ken West the Director of 365 Salon Education. In the afternoon, winners of the Headmasters House of Innovation competition were announced. This competition recognises the creative talent from our apprentices in colour, cutting, session styling, and men’s hairdressing and was judged by the legendary Anna Chapman, Zoe Irwin, Sophia Hilton and Adam Reed.
