Cut

>
1. A mid-band section was taken and a guide cut from the front, diagonally down into the nape.2. This was repeated on the other side to create an internal weight line.
>
3. Underneath sections were released and cut freehand to create a shattered finish.4. A star-shaped section was taken on top and texturised freehand to blend in.
5. A fringe was cut to create a strong focal point.

Colour

>
1. Working on a pre-lightened base, a large star section was taken at the crown and between the points of the star. Small diamonds were taken and a steel brown tone applied.2. The lengths and ends through the perimeter were worked with a smudging technique, using a clean blonde for the perimeter.
>
3. The same technique and colour was used through the sides.4. A biscuit tone was applied to the roots, lengths and ends of the diamond sections.
>
5. An icy blonde tone was applied to the roots, lengths and ends of the top star section.STYLING: Hair was blow-dried and smoothed with irons.
