Hairstyle step by step: choppy bob with sweeping fringe

A step-by-step guide to creating a choppy bob with sweeping fringe, coloured with warm copper and gold tones, by international Trend Zoom creative team for Goldwell.

Cut
	>		>
BEFORE		1. A round section was taken from the middle of the crown to the occipital bone.		2. Hair was point-cut to the required length.

3. Hair was cut following this guideline around the head, slightly increasing the elevation at the sides for more softness.		4. Starting at the centre back, vertical sections were taken to define the graduation and worked through the sides shifting from vertical to diagonal sections for softness and length. The crown was point-cut to add softness.		5. This was continued through the rest of the hair.

Colour
	>		>
1. Three sections were taken working around the crown. Starting at the left side section, formula D was applied to the roots and formula A to the mid lengths and sides. This was repeated on the right side section and in the front section.		2.Formula D was applied to the rest of the hair and left to process for 20 minutes.		Hair was resectioned and Colorglow Structure Equalizer was applied to the pre-lightened hair. Using the back-to- back foiling technique, diagonal slices were taken on the left side section and formula C and B alternated on the pre-lightened areas. This was repeated in the other two sections.

STYLING: Hair was blow-dried and smoothed with irons. Texture gum was applied for separation.

A: 40ml 9% (30vol) Topchic Lotion + 15 ml Oxycur Platin HIghlighting Cream + 1 Sachet Oxycur Platin Highlighting Booster

B: 30ml Colorance Lotion + 15ml Colorance 8RP genuine rose

C: 30ml Colorance Lotion + 10ml Colorance 10P patel pearl blonde + 5ml Colorance 8B

D: 60ml Colorance Lotion + 30ml Colorance 5BG medium gold brown
