Hairdressing can be theatrical

Happy New Year! So, I hope you all had a good break. Like many others, I suffered from the flu and spent most of my holiday on the sofa under a blanket with Night Nurse for comfort. However, I did manage to také my children to see Wicked at the Apollo Theatre in London. It was one of the best shows I have seen, and the theatrics and costumes were outstanding. Working behind-the-scenes on a theatre production is just one career choice -- and one often forgotten -- but what satisfaction, to be so creative and have the ability to take hundreds of people every night to a different world and help them believe that what they are seeing is totally true.
