A survey by cosmetic surgery specialist, Transform, has revealed that their hair is British people's second favourite body part - losing out only to their face.
Nearly a quarter of women (24%) polled in the survey declared it their favourite thing about their appearance - with only 4% saying it was their least favourite.
The Welsh are leading the way with luscious locks, as the region most likely to name hair as their most-loved feature.
Other findings from the survey, which quizzed 2000 men and women on their appearance, revealed that 13% of men said hair was their favourite thing about women - beating a good bum and a great smile!
Women are equally enamoured with good hair, with 27% declaring they think it's the most attractive feature on other women.
And if clients aren't naturally blessed with beautiful hair? Hair was one of the only features that both men and women admitted to spending money on to try and accentuate.
Steven Taylor from Transform comments: "It is interesting but not surprising to see how hair is a favoured part of the body, especially amongst young women.
"As the UK's leading provider of cosmetic surgery, we've seen an increasing number of men enquiring about hair transplant procedures over the past couple of years and as the study suggests, it is something men see as a standout feature and take great pride in."
The study is part of the Brits and their Bodies campaign which illustrates how men and women across the UK perceive their bodies.
