There's more to creating a great image than just hair, make-up or clothes. Often it's the attitude or shape created within the photograph that catches your eye and everything else is just part of the jigsaw. This image by Heidi Pfiffer at Toni & Guy, demonstrates that perfectly. While the hair is delicate but structured and strong, the model's pose gives it a hint of vulnerability. Harking back to bygone years it is brought bang up-to-date with the asymmetric styling and textures in the clothes. The model's innocence holds your gaze while the swirls in the hair mirror the lines of the dress. I love this image as it's pure, raw, strong but innocent.
