Leading hair colour expert Jo Hansford has been given an MBE in the Queen's Birthday Honours list.
Jo, who has run her eponymous salon in Mount Street, Mayfair, since 1993, has been described as the "the best tinter on the planet" by American Vogue.
She has been awarded the accolade for services to hairdressing and joins esteemed company, including Nicky Clarke, Trevor Sorbie and Charles Worthington, in the list of hairdressers with honours.
"This is an incredible honour, I feel absolutely thrilled and overwhelmed by it all," said Jo.
