The Hair & Beauty Charity Golf Day returned in style this summer, bringing together hair and beauty professionals at the prestigious Carden Park Championship Resort for a day of sport, networking, and fundraising.
With the sun shining over the Welsh hills, 32 players took part in the annual 18-hole tournament, representing a cross-section of the professional hair industry. The event was supported by Hair & Beauty Charity President Jayne Lewis-Orr, who was joined by industry colleagues and supporters cheering on the golfers throughout the day.
The Hair & Beauty Charity/HBSA Golf Day has become a much-anticipated event on the hair industry calendar, offering a unique way to support the charity while enjoying a round of competitive golf. From birdies to double bogeys, players were united by a shared cause — raising funds for those in the industry facing personal or financial hardship.
After a day on the course, guests gathered in the Carden Park Clubhouse for a three-course dinner and awards presentation, joined by distributors and industry partners.
Jayne Lewis-Orr said: “Our Annual Golf Day is always good fun – with some friendly competition! A huge thank you to everyone who took part, including those who sponsored various holes and evening awards. Your support helps us continue vital work for those in the hair and beauty sector who are struggling – whether it’s due to illness, injury, domestic abuse, or financial hardship. Every contribution makes a difference.”
The next Hair & Beauty Charity Golf Day will take place on Tuesday 2 June 2026, once again at Carden Park. If you missed this year’s event, now’s the time to save the date.
