Graduating with spirit - salon celebrates graduates in style

Graduation day - Across the board it's one of the most important days of anyone's life. So when it was time for these apprentices from Spirit Hair Company to reach qualified stylists status, the salon wanted to celebrate in true grad style. The salon group, which has salons in High Wycombe, Wallingford and Farnham Common, invited graduates to share their training experiences with the rest of the team, talk about their biggest challenges and offer advice to those just starting out in their hairdressing careers. Graduating on the day were: Brook Fisher, Hayley Mills, and Rebecca Twitchen, who all completed their three-year NVQ level 3, and Livy Cummings who completed her two-year NVQ Level 2. Of the special day, Co-owner of Spirit Hair Company Lauren Turner said, “We wanted to ensure our successful trainees got to enjoy the experience of graduating, because their achievements are just as remarkable as any university student and deserve to be recognised with just as much pomp and ceremony.”
