Goldwell host east sussex hairdressing awards
The Red Carpet Glamour themed event was held at Eastbourne venue The Loft and attended 150 invitation-only guests, including local salons and finalists.
There were three accolades up for grabs: Colourist of the Year, Stylist of the Year, and Salon of the Year. Semi-finalists for each of the categories were nominated by clients, before the five most popular nominess were shortlisted as finalists.
The finalists were then chosen by an expert panel that included celebrity hairdresser Beverly C MBE, and Irene Meikle, Head of Education for Goldwell, but not before they had been put through their paces by secret shoppers for the potential Colourist and Stylists of the Year.
Salon of the Year finalists faced a series of in-salon interviews.
