Get the look: modern muse by indola To embrace the classic renaissance, turn up voluptuous curls to the max in a softly seductive shape and blend in a series of luxuriously rich shades. Here's some top cutting tips from Andy Smith, creative director at Real Hair London, and colour tips from Chanel Nott, seniour colourist at Real Hair, for getting the look: Cutting top tips Any shape with corners can be a problem for curly hair, so create a rounded form for the curl to sit on, with some shaping around the fringe. Then, using a drier, blow out the curls, using the fingers to stretch the lengths. Colouring top tips This flamboyage technique is perfect when you want to create a soft, blended natural-looking tonal look. Pick two or three colours of the same tone at different depths, and apply the colours blending them along the lengths. The result is both vibrant and shimmery and looks very natural with no visible colour lines or stripes. Colours use 1 PCC 8.43+0.33 (60g +5g) +9%/30 vol cream developer 2 PCC 7.44 +0.66 (60g+5g) +6%/20 vol cream developer 3 PCC 6.44+2%/7 vol cream developer
