Kelly Osbourne has been no stranger to colour over the years, experimenting with black, blonde, red and even neon pink styles. Most recently she's has dived into the daring world of lavender, a far cry from her natural blonde.

Kelly confesses to love it, she tweeted: "I know its lavender but having my hair this color makes me feel like me again!"

W1 hairdresser, Karine Jackson has created the Ice Cream Sundae, a technique which results in lavender, lemon, ice blue, grey or lilac rinses through the hair.

Karine says: "It's suddenly very fashionable to have a coloured rinse; it looks fabulous on Kelly, as it's a very elegant, vintage look."
