Gatsby and miller salon attend downing street reception

Gatsby and Miller salon director Julie Church has been flying the flag for the hairdressing industry at a Downing Street reception, in recognition of becoming a Small Business 100 UK winner. Julie won her place at the reception during Small Business Saturday; a campaign to support and promote small businesses across the country and encourage consumers to shop local. For their winning entry, the Gatsby and Miller salon team pledged to support the first Amersham Christmas Showcase; a local day of shopping, entertainment and family fun. The salon was turned into a winter wonderland, complete with snow queen fancy dress and goodie bags for visitor. Julie says: "I feel proud Gatsby and Miller has enjoyed the opportunity to represent the small businesses of Amersham at Downing Street. I'd like to thank our clients and my team for their support and loyalty. I urge the local community to come out and enjoy their local high street this Christmas."
