The
Goldwell Color Creatives 2015 Team have got a headstart on their year of education, with a mentoring workshop on the new Color Zoom collection.
Their first session saw the team meet for first time at Goldwell’s Academy in central London.
There, the team was introduced to the new Color Zoom Collection: Traditional Rebels by Goldwell’s global technical training manager, William Wilson. They were taken through the inspiration for the new collection as well as learning techniques and shades to prepare them for their own photoshoot in April.
Color Creatives member Cally Mallet from Burlesque in Newport, said of the day: "Our first session as a team was really inspirational. It’s great to spend time with like-minded colorists, sharing ideas and learning from each other and I’m excited about the year ahead. I can’t wait to get stuck in."
Goldwell’s new mentorship program aims to nurture new colouriing talent. There are fourteen Color Creatives for 2015, who will experience world-class hairdressing education and inspiration, including three sessions from the award-winning Artistic Team at Mark Leeson and a professional photoshoot in April 2015.
The Color Creatives have their next mentorship day with Terri Kay & Richard Darby from the
Mark Leeson Artistic Team on 6 January.
