Francesco group announces trainee of the year

Known for their commitment and passion towards education within the hairdressing industry, Francesco Group are starting of the year with a celebration, with the announcement of their Trainee of the Year. Franchisees, educators and the trainees where asked to nominate a trainee that they felt had gone above and beyond within their career and who showed passion and commitment to hairdressing at all times. With a fantastic amount of nominations, the educational team whittled it down to a select few who were invited to the final and asked to present a cut, colour and finish on a model of their choice, showcasing their skills learned so far. With all the presentations taking place live in front of family, friends and fellow colleagues, the trainees excelled in their presenting skills and where judged by some of Francesco Groups most renowned stylists and educators. After a close judging process the winners were announced for both Level 2 and Level 3 trainees, with the winners each receiving their Trainee of the Year certificate, a gift hamper and a beautiful bouquet of flowers.
