Fellowship hairdressing scholarship opens for applications

The hairdressing scholarship funded by the Fellowship for British Hairdressing and Sassoon Academy is once again open for entry. The scholarship, which is worth over £10,000, will see one lucky hairdresser win a four-week intensive course at the Sassoon Academy in London to give them a great basis for their career. The winner will be kitted out and ready to work thanks to Denman, who are providing a tool bag, and will also receive plenty of PR support to see their career get off to a flying start. Now in its third year, the Fellowship hairdressing scholarship is also supported by HJ as part of our commitment to the future generation of industry talent. Interested applicants should have a minimum of fours years experience on the floor of a Fellowship member salon, a good foundation in cutting and be free to take a four-week sabbatical with the full support of their employer. The judging panel is made up of members of The Fellowship Chancellery and successful candidates will be invited to attend an interview in London.
