Fellowship celebrates young talent
Eighteen of hairdressing's most inspirational under-30s dazzled guest at the recent Fellowship for British Hairdressing event, Shooting Stars, held at London's Cumberland Hotel.
The talented young stylists were divided into three groups and each given 25 minutes to complete their models, while talking about the techniques they were using.
Looks created ranged from the commercial to the avent garde, with the young talent demonstrating a diversity of skills.
There were geometric bobs, hair up and creative work with wigs all on display.
The evening also included an interview with celebrity hairdresser Andrew Barton by Fellowship president Terry Calvert who asked Andrew about his career both as a stylist, salon owner and TV hairdresser.
But the evening belonged to hairdressing's next generation of stars, who proved that the industry is destined for great things.
