Fashion's favourite red haired models

Compared to sun-kissed blondes, red haired models are few and far between in the fashion world - here are some of our favourites flying the flag for the rarified redhead. 1. Karen Elson is perhaps the most famous red-haired model of them all - and although it's not natural, it was combination of that colour and some shaved 'brows that helped her career take off. 2. Lily Cole might be more famous for her acting and activism than catwalk appearances these days, but her ethereal appearance and strawberry-blonde shade made her a catwalk regular in her teenage years. 3. Angie Everhart was a 90s name who went on to find fame as an actress. 4. Cintia Dicker might be a Brazilian Victoria's Secret model, but her red hair owes more to her German heritage than that South American background. 5. Skatergirl Natalie Westling first dyed her hair a vibrant Little Mermaid red for the Marc Jacobs Spring 2014 ad campaign; not a bad start to a modelling career. 6. Bria Condon's first ever job was fronting a Louis Vuitton campaign - not bad for a (then) 16-year-old from Chicago. 7. French model Judith Bedard reminds us of Karen Elson, with her striking hair colour and piercing eyes. 8. Aussie Codie Young has walked for Chanel and fronted a campaign for Topshop - and has admitted to colouring her hair herself at home! 9. Russian redhead Anastasia Ivanova has the perfect natural shade. 10. Ukranian Irina Kravchenko inspired the entire Alexander Wang Autumn/Winter 2011 show hair look with her cognac colour. 11. Polish model Magdalena Jasek was teased in school for her red hair and freckles but they've made her a catwalk favourite. 12.
