The Fashion Week season is drawing to a close, with the oh-so-glamorous final shows taking place in Paris this week. As ever, the London catwalks claimed plaudits from front-row fashionistas as the coolest of the lot, with runway-ready hair the ultimate autumn/winter ’08 accessory.A hand-picked group of elite hairdressers from Toni & Guy and essensuals were on hand backstage, styling models for some of LFW’s hottest shows too, working to briefs from 16 of the hottest Brit designers, including Felder Felder, Gavin Douglas and Giles Deacon. While some of the more edgy looks – stockings over faces à la Giles anyone? – are perhaps unlikely to catch on, there were a plethora of gorgeous looks on show that your clients are set to be clamouring for next season.
