Summer is a time when you make bold statements - and the Glamazon trend in the Wella Professionals Trend Vision is just that. Channelled from the jungle with wild inspirations, the trend is not for the faint hearted. It captures Amazonian influences alongside city sleek modernity to create a wild femininity and fearless discovery of the self at a raw and animalistic level.

"It's tribal," says global creative director Eugene Souleiman, "this trend is about cross-cultural references for modern women, it how people mix things up."
Seen on the catwalks of Christian Dior, Erdem and Antoni Marras, it brings together bold colour, natural fabrics and controlled wildness, volume and texture. "It's imperfect but poetic," he says, describing the Missoni look as "loose, with a sense of freedom."
Here's how to get the look:
1 Apply Wella Professionals Velvet Amplifier through damp hair and work Extra Volume Mousse into roots for added volume.
2 Blow-dry with a large round brush, tipping the head upside down and working the hairdryer to create wild volume and texture.
3 Section hair with the fingers and iron randomly.
4 Using a long scarf, wrap around the head, under the chin then acround the beck securing at the back.
Pull out random section for a tousled texture and dishevelled effect.
