Ben Moth and the Easton Regal team created textured mohawks with movement for the Ethologie by Jasper Garvida Spring/Summer 2015 show.
The show: Ethologie by Jasper Garvida Spring/Summer 2015
The look: A giant textured mohawk with sleek sides.
The inspiration: Safari.
Get the Look
1. Divide hair into three sections; top and two sides.
2. Brush the two side sections back to the centre of the middle of the head, keeping them super-sleek and tight. Tie with an elastic.
3. Set small sections of the top section of hair on pins. Wrapping each section of hair around a large pin in a figure-of-eight shape, then heat each section between straighteners to set the hair in place.
4. Once hair has cooled, pull out the pins to create concertina-like zig-zags of hair. Brush out with a soft brush to create a mass of volume.
5. Shape hair into a mohawk, pulling some pieces back and tying into the ponytail at the back and shaping the rest upwards, spraying with hairspray to ensure it has plenty of volume. Allow some hair to fall over the face.
