"The iconic era of the 1950s, James Dean and my love for this time in history, inspired my ALPHA collection," explains Mary Alamine.
"The Rebel Without A Cause always appeared so cool with his leather jacket and highly oiled up hair; perfectly capturing the essence of what it was to actually be a rebel at this time.
"He is a cultural icon of teenage disillusionment and social estrangement, and his inXluence on men’s hair and fashion was palpable and is still evident today as fashion trends from the past are reinvented with a modern twist.
"The 1950s marks the time when men would carry a comb in their pockets and would make sure their hair stayed in place, never shying away from touching up their style in public.
"I really loved playing with volume and movement in this collection and choosing models with length in their hair was perfect for achieving this."
