Eccentric malcolm mclaren dies aged 64

The man who created the Sex Pistols has died aged 64 after battling cancer. I was never a fan of the band - and the hype surrounding them was before my time - but his vision and eccentricity gave us a look that still rages on today. Along with singer Johnny Rotten and lover Vivienne Westwood, he gave us punk, attitude and put tartan on the map. You just have to look at the fashion pages of today to see his influence still lives on - RIP Mr McLaren.
