How big is the business?

Rush currently has 350 stylists and 109 assistants, who all receive in-house training to become a Rush stylist. Rush have 33 salons in London, Surrey, Sussex and Middlesex, and are expanding fast with another five opening this year.

What qualifications do I need to get a job at Rush?

Employees must have either an NVQ Level 2 or 2 years experience working in the business. All new Rush employees do a Rush Vardering Course and achieve the Rush Diploma. During their Vardering Course, they are taught Rush's unique cutting and colouring techniques.

What kind of training is available?

Rush have their own dedicated academy, ensuring all employees are trained to the highest possible level by their respected art team members. The whole team is taught the classics of colour and cutting to the most advanced level, and so you never stop learning and are always at the forefront of style, the Rush Advanced Academy offers continuous training.
