The Colour Stage - Saturday 12 October
11.30 Vanity Dolls
13.00 Lydia Wolfe

Vanity Dolls
The Vanity Dolls took to the HJ Colour Pod to create an upside-down sunset – which was later finished off with jungle-inspired extensions. While on the pod, the mother and daughter duo that run the family business talked to visitors about the importance of getting the base right when it comes to vivid transformations. Their model began with pre-lightened hair (achieved with a low peroxide) before utilising Directions Semi-Permanent Conditioning Hair Colour in the shades Bright Daffodil, Sunflower and Fluorescent Orange.
Lydia Wolfe
Lydia Wolfe demonstrated her talent with bleaching techniques while answering plenty of questions from visitors, ranging from her choice of lightening product (Yuv Cream Bleach) to her favourite K18 Products.
Rachael Lomax
Rachael Lomax aka the Copper Queen showcased a copper balayage, using a combination of tint and vivids for an added pop. Sharing more information about the specific colours, she said: "Through the roots, I applied a really rich, earthy copper tone, like a 6.4, mixed with double copper for the brightness. I'm also pairing a gold copper with a gold violet and 10 vol, and then for my vivid I combined a tangerine orange, apricot, sunflower and ultraviolet orange. It's so dimentional, incorporating different autumn tones."
