Clipso team go monkeying around

Clipso-Go-Ape.jpgBeing out and about in the great outdoors hanging from cables and walking from tree-top to tree-top is about as far removed from hairdressing as you can get, but that's exactly how staff at Clipso's Watford and St Albans salons recently spent the day.

Twenty team members from the two salons headed off to 'Go Ape' for a team bonding experience on the 'high wire forest adventure' assault course. The staff got their blood pumping as they endured the course that incorporated suspended bridges, cargo nets and zip wire slides.

Jodie Alexandra of Clipso Watford, who organised the action day to build team spirit and lift member spirits, said, "The event gave everyone a real sense of achievement - especially those with a fear of heights who were brilliantly courageous."

Salon manager Russell McGrath added: "This was a great change to get away from the salon and into the outdoors for the day. Throughout the day the team bonded really well helping each other out along the course. It was great motivation day that everyone really enjoyed."
