Hailey Bieber is once again adding to our repertoire of food inspired beauty trends with a new perfectly Autumnal hair colour. ‘Cinnamon Cookie Butter’ hair is the term used to describe Hailey’s shiny, multidimensional colour consisting of a cinnamon base with buttery, caramel highlights. Hailey’s new look consists of a dark base colour accompanied by warmer pieces. Whilst Hailey opted for cinnamon base colour, Jake Nugent, OSMO Ambassador, shares his advice for how to make this warm autumnal trend work for all hair types.
“To get the look I’d recommend caramel highlights. Caramel highlights are a great way to add warmth and dimension to the hair without going too dark,” says Jake. “This autumn trend is all about subtle, natural-looking highlights that add a touch of brightness to the hair. Whilst Hailey opted for a more cinnamon base, whether your client is a natural brunette or blonde, caramel highlights can work for all.
“High shine is key for this – regular deep conditioning masks, shine sprays, and then recommending quality conditioners for at-home top ups between salon appointments are a must,” explains Jake. “I’d recommend the new OSMO Colour Revive in shades Café Latte which is great for blondes wanting a warmer tone, and Vanilla Latte which is perfect for those clients who prefer an ashier tone. This a great way to keep caramel highlights looking vibrant in between appointments.”
Jake also recommends using a shine serum for added shine and naturally glossy results.
