  Today's twenty-somethings can't get enough of 90s hair trends; from Selena Gomez and her scrunchy to the revival of Winona Ryder-esque grungy bobs and Bjork-style double buns. Model Chloe Nørgaard - she of the rainbow hair - is probably too young to remember the 90s penchant for teeny tiny plaits, but here she is rocking them anyway. Chloe is currently in Tokyo, where she paid a visit to a stylist called Ryou according to Instagram - presumably the man responsible for this rainbow pastel look. Once again, I find myself being reminded of The Tribe....
