Cheaper hair cuts ??

I have just taken over a salon but completely rebranded ,they used do lots of cheap quick dry cuts for £10 ,Im trying to get away from this and do more cut and blowdrys as i feel you get a better result,I have had quite a few new clients but the old clients are finding it hard to understand why they need it washed and pay more money  ,I dont want to lose any clients but need to get away from this rushed bad quality work ?
