Charlie Miller celebrated in-house talent at their 13th annual Achievement Awards, hosted by Britain's Got Talent star Edward Reid.
The eight-hour celebration at Edinburgh's Apex hotel saw 23 prizes handed out, as well as drinks, dinner and a raffle.
As well as awards covering all aspects of salon life, two long-service prizes were also handed out by Charlie himself to Amber Lennie, who celebrates 20 years of service and to company director, Ian Blyth, who has clocked up an impressive 40 years.
Ian said: "I've had an amazing journey and you are all in such a great position today and, believe me, very lucky to work with such an innovative and creative company. As many of you know, there is so much to learn and the more you give, the more you undoubtedly get back."
