L'Oréal Professionnel has announced that avant garde hairdresser and London Fashion Week favourite, Charlie Le Mindu, will present on stage at the L'Oréal Colour Trophy Grand Final on Monday 4 July.

Charlie, renowned for his dramatic catwalk collections, will work with ten talented young hairdressers from the L'Oréal Professionnel Portfolio team.

He says: "I'm really happy to be part of the show and excited to take my ideas to a huge stage. My energy-fuelled show will merge fashion, culture and music and should definitely uplift the audience!"

Also appearing at the L'Oréal Colour Trophy will be Guy Kremer, who is set to inspire with a show incorporating elegant and sophisticated styles on stage with his team.

Guy, who is a member of the British Hairdressing Awards Hall of Fame, adds: "The Colour Trophy gives incredible exposure for me and my team to both UK and international hairdressers and press. I am very excited to be given this platform and it has given me, my team and my clients an amazing buzz."

The 56th annual event will see 42 teams of finalists from across the country take their talent to the catwalk to compete for the L'Oréal Professionnel Colour Trophy, Men's Image, Mizani Afro Catwalk and Young Colourist awards in a night of fashion, music and inspirational creative hairdressing.

In a new move for 2011, the event will be streamed live on Facebook and will also be available to view on YouTube the following day.
