Charity: industry shows it cares
RAISING FUNDS FOR HABB DAY
The second annual HABB day showed what a caring, sharing industry the hair and beauty is.
"Unlike the more established national charity days and months, HABB is only in its early stages and is very much promoted by word of mouth and a trade campaign among salons and companies familiar with the good work it does," explained Eva Proudman, HABB president.
To raise funds and awareness: the Habia team dressed up as cowboys and raised £230 (below);
Richard Ward Hair & Metrospa (left) donated £100 from its dress-down day; and Sweet Squared collected donations.
