Celebrities embrace red hair

I'm delighted that red hair is going to be THE colour of 2010. In fact fashionising.com describes it as the new bombshell! So with my curls and red tones I'm in fashion at last! (Just have to work on making my curls less frizzy and more wavy). But seriously, why has red suddenly found its fans? Red is a sign of passion, fire, vibrancy and confidence and as a hair colour offers women a whole new identity. Celebrities and fashionistas everywhere are already embracing the hue - Carey Mulligan has a gorgeous copper pixie crop (also the cut of the season) - while Elly Jackson continues to go to new heights with her copper quiff. Hayden Panettiere is the latest red recruit while Paloma Faith and Isla Fisher fly the rustic flag and even Nicole Kidman has embraced her natural hue. But my new style icon has to be Florence Welch from Florence and the Machine. I love the style and hue of her hair, its head-turning, stunningly beautiful and simplistic.
