Catwalk to client: undone texture with ghd professional Catwalk to Client Undone Texture with ghd Professional - finished look Want to turn Spring/Summer 2015 catwalk looks into salon-friendly styles? With the help of ghd and the new ghd curve range, we're showing you how to turn London Fashion Week looks into wearable styles for your clients. The effortlessly pretty undone texture from Fyodor Golan was created with the ghd curve classic wave wand and here we'll show you how to take this girly grunge look - created by  ghd UK brand ambassador Kenna - from runway to real world. [hji-gallery-legacy] 1. Prep the hair by creating texture. Apply ghd style root lift spray to the hair and rough dry with the ghd aura. This will help to hold the style in place. 2. Next, part the hair at its natural parting. A neat line isn’t necessary, stick to where it falls naturally. 3. Using a ghd curve classic wave wand, create waves in sections by wrapping the hair around the barrel of the wand, alternating the curl direction as you go. TOP TIP: Avoid wrapping the last 2-3 inches of hair around the wand to create a lighter, more relaxed finish to the ends. 4. Once all the hair has been curled, break it up by blasting the ghd aura on a cold setting, spritzing ghd style root lift spray as you go. To add more interest to the look, add grips haphazardly throughout the hair. 1. Pin the hair back from the face in in irregular sections using kirby grips or hair pins. 2. To create a rough finish, ease pieces of hair loose from the grips with your fingers, lightly bending these sections with the ghd eclipse styler to soften. See Kenna bring the look to life in the video below! For more information on stocking ghd curve, salons should contact their ghd account manager or call 0845 3301133 (UK) or +44 (0)1924 423400 (ROI)
