"The tight shape highlights the nape of your neck in a way that is subtly sexy." The key product: Blow-dry lotion Get the Look 1. Start with freshly washed and towel-dried hair. 2. Work in blow-dry lotion from root to tip and blow-dry hair straight back from the hairline using a soft bristle brush. 3. Work in spray gel from the roots to mid lengths. 4. Comb the hair back into a low pony at the nape of the neck and secure with a thin elastic. Starting from about two inches away from the elastic, tightly weave ribbon, or a thin strip of leather, around the pony, securing with a small knot behind the elastic. 5. Finish the look by spraying with hairspray for extra hold. Add oil to the lengths of the pony for the ultimate sleek finish.
