Candyfloss curls give an angelic feel to hair

Straight hair my be having a fashion moment, but curls, it seems, are here to stay. A popular look on the Autumn/Winter 2010 catwalks, they were in two stables: smooth and wavy or large and fluffy.

The models at Roksanda Illincic were feminine and beautiful as their cloud-like curls complemented the fitted dresses. Backstage, James Pecis wrapped sections of hair around a wire in a figure of eight and flat ironed, leaving a Marcel Wave-like frizz. He then gently brushed it through for a flat top with light and fluffy midlengths and ends. 

On the high street, the look can be smaller and less dramatic, but remain romantic, feminine and fabulous.
