ICO salons is offering both members and non-members the chance to attend its latest Business Club event. The workshop-style programme aims to give salon owners and managers strategies for success. The day will include advice on improving financial structures; creating best salary and bonus programmes; communicating with even the most difficult employees; motivating the team; displaying retail effectively and cost effective marketing and PR.
The event takes place on 9 March and tickets cost £99.97+VAT for non-club members for the first ticket and £69.97+VAT for each additional ticket.
